enough to the large city and its offerings. Rolesville,
the second oldest town in Wake County, is growing more
than it ever has and is constantly focused on making
it the best place to live, work, play, relax, and raise
a family.

Counted in 2010
In 2010, the United States will take part in another
census. The Constitution requires a national census
once every ten years. The census will show state population
and determine representation in the U.S. House of Representatives
which is vitally important to our community. Census
Day is April 1, 2010 and questionnaires will be mailed
to all Rolesville residents in March. Click

 2009
SPEED LIMIT STUDY REPORT
On June 1, 2009, the Town Board of Commissioners established
a "Speed Limit Study Committee." The purpose
of this Committee was to have a non-political, unbiased,
and professional group of individuals review the speed
zones throughout town and return with recommendations
on what steps, if any, should be taken. The report
was given by the Committee to the Town Board on October
20, 2009. The Town Board is not seeing public input
on the Committee's recommendations. Click

TOWN PUBLIC HEARING PAGE
The Town of Rolesville has created a new public hearing,
public notice, and legal advertisement page. All notices
are published in the Wake Weekly Newspaper but pursuant
to North Carolina General Statute 160A-364, the Town
will start publishing them on this website so as to
better inform the public. Click

The Town of Rolesville is now offering the option
of paying your garbage and recycling bill online.

 2009
YARD WASTE COLLECTION DATES
The Town of Rolesville contracts out the curbside collection
of all yard waste (i.e. leaves, limbs, brush, etc.).
The waste is picked up every other week on Mondays.
