Boards
and Commissions
There
are several boards and commissioners that assist in making
sure Rolesville is a better town now and in the future.
The two (2) boards that work with Planning Department
staff are the Planning Board and the Board of Adjustment
Planning Board
The
purpose of the Planning Board is to review all residential
development proposals, map amendments or rezonings, text
amendments, and the like. The members of the board are
appointed by the Town Board of Commissioners every December
or January. Below is a list of the members of the Town
of Rolesville Planning Board. If you are interested in
serving on this or any other Board, please contact the
Planning Department. This Board meets on the 4th Monday
of every month.

Board of Adjustment
The purpose of the Board of Adjustment is to review
and hear all petitions/appplications requesting a variance
for the Unified Developmen Ordinance (UDO) zoning regulations.
