What
We Do
The
Rolesville Planning Department handles all land use issues,
zoning issues, subdivision review, code enforcement issues,
various planning issues, Planning Board meetings, Board
of Adjustment meetings, demographics, building permits,
and many other various tasks. The office is located at 502
Southtown Circle. The office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm,
Monday through Friday. To reach the department by phone,

Mission Statement
The Planning Department strives to achieve
excellence while fulfilling its role as administrator and
advisor to the Town Manager and governing body on planning,
zoning, subdivision, code enforcement and other regulatory
programs to guide future growth and development of the Town.
Our commitment to excellence goes beyond our obligations
to staff and elected officials.
We are
committed to providing quality services to all
citizens through excellence in customer service. We strongly
believe in a community-oriented comprehensive planning approach
and welcome any comments, concerns, or suggestions that
citizens would like to offer. Our goal, is in accordance
with our Community Plan (or Land Use Plan as it is sometime
called), is to remain a community of neighborhoods that
maintains and celebrates its small town heritage and character
as it develops.
