Commercial Building Permit Application - this form would be used to apply for any construction, alteration, addition, or demolotion on a commercial lot or structure. See Workman's Compensation form too.

Workman's Compensation Form - this form MUST be attached to either a residential or commercial application.

Mechanical Permit Application - this form would be used for any individual electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC trade work. This form does not require the Workman's Compensation form submittal.

Development Review Procedure Packet - this packet includes the explanation of the procedures and process that a development will go through for approval with the Town of Rolesville. Included is the application, meeting dates, deadlines, and processes.

Zoning

Petition for a Special or Conditional Use Permit - this form would be used to petition the Town of Rolesville for a special use permit or a conditional use permit.

Petition for a Zoning Amendment - this form would be used by anyone wishing to "rezone" a piece of land or to change any text with the Town of Rolesville Code of Ordinances.

Petition for a Variance - this form would be used by anyone wishing to petition for a variance from the Town of Rolesville Code of Ordinances due to a hardship.

Sign Permit Application - this form would be used to apply for the construction or erection of any sign within the Town of Rolesville jurisdiction.
