Rolesville
Zoning
The
Town of Rolesville has in place an ordinance regulating
the use of land. This ordinance's purpose is to accomplish
a coordinated, balanced, and harmonious development of
the land within the corporate limits and ETJ (extraterritorial
jurisdiction) in a manner which will best promote the
health, safety, morals, convenience, order, prosperity,
and general welfare of the people.
The
Town of Rolesville has various zoning districts regulating
different uses of property. These districts are assigned
to areas and parcels of land within Rolesville's jurisdiction.

and altered by the Town Board of Commissioners. Please
