~ FUNdamental Drawing
It is both fun and fundamentally important to be able to draw out our ideas on paper. So many of our hobbies such as scrapbooking, painting, web design, journals, photography, poster
design, and jewelry design…require a basic ability to draw. But most of all, there is a peace found in sketching and drawing the world around us and the
things it contains that mean the most to us. In this class we will be learning basic pencil techniques, perspective, overlapping, texture, composition, and proportional layout. We will be using both live objects and photographs to draw from. The student will need to have a sketch pad (12” X 16” or larger), kneaded eraser and artist pencils ranging in softness for shading.
